Overview
We developed a comprehensive IoT platform for a manufacturing company, connecting hundreds of sensors across multiple factory floors to enable real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and quality control.
The Challenge
The manufacturer was experiencing costly unplanned downtime and quality issues. They needed a system to collect data from diverse sensor types, detect anomalies in real-time, and predict equipment failures before they occurred.
Our Solution
We built an edge-to-cloud IoT platform using MQTT for sensor communication, implemented machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance, and created real-time dashboards for plant managers.
